※.All kinds of verification and calibration, control and data transmission functions of the instrument are realized through wireless or USB data line between the instrument and notebook computer, without any operation on the instrument, which greatly improves the calibration accuracy and does not need to copy calibration data from the instrument through USB flash drive.

※ Data, figures and reports verified by various wireless control functions are automatically generated in the computer, which has more powerful functions of direct editing, management (flexible conversion of Word and Excel formats) and printing.

Product Details

RS20001 instrument has two functions:

1. Verification and calibration of rotating speed (overspeed): Calibration of passive magnetoelectric, active magnetoelectric and eddy current speed sensors; Speed system. The acceleration / deceleration calibration can be performed. Forward / reverse calibration can be performed. Speed range: 1 ~ 10000 r / min (60 teeth)

2. Signal source:

Check and calibrate the tile vibration, vibration speed, acceleration, shaft vibration, shaft displacement and rotation speed system;

Two independent zero-crossing sine wave signal outputs: The frequency and amplitude of the signal can be configured, with the maximum output signal frequency of 20KHz and the maximum output signal amplitude of 10000mv. Two independent negative bias voltage sine wave signal outputs: The bias voltage range is: 0 ~-22 VDC,
