RS90001 instrument has nine functions:

2. Verification and calibration of shaft vibration: Verify and calibrate the dynamic amplitude-frequency characteristics of eddy current sensor; Shaft vibration system.

Dynamic calibration range: 0～250um; 0～400um. 

3. Calibration and calibration of transmitter: Check and calibrate the linear characteristics and sensitivity characteristics of the shaft displacement / vibration transmitter; Dynamic amplitude-frequency characteristics.

5. Verification and calibration of absolute vibration: Check and calibrate magnetoelectric speed, piezoelectric speed and acceleration sensors; Vibration speed, amplitude and acceleration system. Such as Bently9200, 330500, 330400; epro9268; CTC102、136; Schenck VS-069 / 169, VS-068 / 168, etc.

7, speed (overspeed) verification and calibration: Calibration of passive magnetoelectric, active magnetoelectric and eddy current speed sensors; Speed system. The acceleration / deceleration calibration can be performed. Forward / reverse calibration can be performed. Speed range: 1 ~ 10000 r / min (60 teeth);

8. Phase signal generating device with key: Achieve synchronization with the shaft vibration signal into the frame instrument calibration instrument system.

9. Signal source:

Check and calibrate the tile vibration, vibration speed, acceleration, shaft vibration, shaft displacement and rotation speed system;

Two independent zero-crossing sine wave signal outputs: The frequency and amplitude of the signal can be configured, with the maximum output signal frequency of 20KHz and the maximum output signal amplitude of 10000mv.
