The vibration sensors installed on the mechanical transmission chain of the wind turbine can monitor the vibration of key components in the transmission chain, such as spindle bearings, all bearings in the gearbox, gears in the gearbox, front and rear bearings of the generator, and various parameters such as generator speed, wind wheel speed, tower sway, etc., which can automatically calculate and store diagnostic data such as waveform and frequency spectrum, and can provide professional diagnostic maps. Identify the running state of the unit timely, find out the early signs of faults, and provide the most direct and effective tool for maintenance and diagnosis engineers to analyze the authenticity, location, type, severity and development trend of faults. 


Non-contact eddy current sensor is used for real-time monitoring and display. By monitoring the static condition of the generator, the air gap quantity of the stator and the air gap quantity under the running condition are determined. Complete the measurement and analysis of stator and rotor deformation, stator and rotor concentricity, yoke change, stator and rotor vibration frequency and amplitude.

■ Four 4-20mA (or 1-5V) process input channels

  The high level is greater than 4.5V and the low level is less than 1.5v.

● Data acquisition

■ Data acquisition and processing of sensor signals, including real-time sampling, synchronous sampling, control sampling, digital filtering, eigenvalue calculation, FFT, etc.

■ Upload the original waveform, static characteristic value and monitoring data to the server for storage at regular intervals.

 Low historical data preservation

■ historical data upload data is always saved.

● save abnormal data

■ When an abnormality occurs, the real-time data for a period of time before and after the occurrence of the abnormality will be saved to the abnormality database.

● Alarm output

■ Alarm output is realized through configuration. That is, it is output through OC open circuit and relay.

Low communication disconnect data preservation

■ If the database communication is disconnected during normal operation, the lower computer will automatically save the data and wait for the connection before uploading the data.
